“Can I give this business 10 stars? Look no further — collaborating with Veronica and her team is an experience unlike any other. They care deeply about you and the process, transforming your space into something that feels not only organized but truly livable. We love aesthetics, but longevity matters just as much, and she delivers both. Pricing is clear and transparent, and she’s ready to jump in quickly.
We’re genuinely sad the process is over — we almost wish we were moving again just to do it all over. We can’t wait to have her back when we start family planning.”

  • Darlene S.

“Wow where do I begin? I cannot recommend Veronica and the Reset Method enough. I honestly didn’t even know where to start with my garage, storage and closet—they had become overwhelming catch-all spaces where everything just piled up over time. From the moment Veronica stepped in, she brought clarity and structure, to the process. She helped me systematically declutter, make thoughtful decisions about what to keep, and create systems that actually work for my day-to-day life. She designed spaces that align and support our family’s needs. She also makes the process seamless by donating the items for you! She created a project plan which listed all the items I would need to transform the space. This is where she does her magic! She works with your budget to identify the items. For example she even helped me find an amazing desk and bookshelf for my office space within my budget. She goes above and beyond because she is passionate about the work. The before-and-after difference is incredible. My garage is now more open and my messy closet which is now a functional mudroom. My office space is now a haven instead of a disaster. Beyond the physical transformation, the mental clarity this brought me is priceless. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want a more organized space and don’t know where to begin—Veronica is absolutely the person you want.”

  • Beverley R.

“Five stars! My kitchen used to be a source of stress because I could never find anything. Reset Method changed all of that. Everything is now organized, labeled, and placed exactly where it makes sense to be. It’s functional, beautiful, and so much easier to maintain. If you want your sanity back, this is the service to hire.”

  • Robin H.

“We hired Reset Method to help clear an estate house, and they took charge immediately — eliminating decades of clutter, selling furniture and other “treasures”, and preparing the home for repairs and sale. They also carefully organized important family records and arranged secured off-site storage. Highly recommend them for projects large or small!”

  • Florence B.

“I had a great experience working with Reset Method. They arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, which immediately demonstrated professionalism and respect for my time. We walked through the entire house and systematically sorted items in each space — clearly identifying what to keep, trash, or donate. The process felt structured and efficient, not overwhelming. Within 24 hours, she sent a detailed outlining the containers and furniture needed to properly organize each area. The turnaround time and level of detail showed strong follow-through and organization expertise. If you’re looking for someone who is punctual, thorough, and solution-oriented, I highly recommend Reset Method!”

  • Blaine B.

“I am in my 90’s and moved to a new home. I need some help making everything functional and easy to reach. Reset Method thoughtfully designed systems so that everything fits perfectly and is easy for me to reach and find. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help making their space, old or new, peaceful and clutter free.”

  • Kaci E.

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Veronica and her team. They helped stage and organize my home, and the transformation was incredible. My home feels more polished, organized, and inviting.

From start to finish, she was professional, thoughtful, efficient, and attentive to details.

If you're looking for someone who can bring order and a fresh perspective to your space, I highly recommend hiring Reset Method.

Thank you, Veronica, for your talent, hard work, and care! ❤️”

  • Steve W.

    “Decluttering is tough already.

But Veronica and her team bring professionalism and energy, without passing Clutter-judgement, that I was surprised that I grew happier with each day they progressed. No room was too scary for them, and they brought logic and solutions to every item they came across. They figured out what was donatable, and what was trash, and thankfully didn’t need to tell me which was which, so I could think my treasure-load was going to be enjoyed by those less fortunate when in fact most of it rightfully ended up in the dump.

Who would have known that linen closets could benefit from organizational separators? (They knew.) Who could have thought to donate old bedding and towels to animal shelters? (They could.) For the items that were to remain in the house, they knew a massive amount of organizational containers that would make things tidy, accessible (for instance by using transparent containers), airtight, and moisture-resistant. And the containers arrived within a day by Amazon/Target, at Cost with no mark-up or delivery charge (and what didn’t they returned for full refund).

At the end of each session, for the 5% of the items whose destiny was unknown, they would walk me through them to quickly make a judgement call of what stays and what goes. And mid-project, they allowed me a few days to eyeball stacks they had made (books, photos, clothes) to divvy them up into piles Save v. Donate (i.e., trash), allowing me a final goodbye without forcing me to pull allnighters out of fear of slowing them down with my indecision.

They stuck to their estimate, except where I kept adding on tasks of them to do (like sorting hardware tools collected over 3 generations).

I would recommend them to anyone.”
